Ask yourself yes or no to the following nine questions. 2
- Are you pregnant or breast feeding?
- Have you lost weight recently without trying to?
- Do you take a medicine for diabetes?
- Do you have anaemia caused by a lack of iron?
- Is it difficult for you to shop and cook for yourself?
If YES to any the questions above. Then you may benefit from the help of a dietitian. Find an accredited practising dietitian in your area.
- Do you choose low-fat dairy products?
- Do you eat vegetables every day (fresh, frozen or canned)?

- Do you eat pies, pastries, fried foods or take-away meals more than once a week?
- Do you drink soft drinks, cordials, sports drinks or fruit juice on most days of the week?
