For example see below. Adults who had all four healthy habit points lived an extra 14 years. 1

One or more, but less than 14 standard drinks per week = 1 pt

Active = 1 pt E.g. Physical activity equal to at least 30 mins of brisk walking per day

NB. This was a long term study of men and women. They were aged from 45 to 79 years. At the start of the study they were healthy. They also did not have any known heart disease or cancer. 1
