Some simple steps you can take

A good diet and plenty of exercise will help protect you.

Not eating foods that are high in saturated fat will help your diet. Try to avoid eating lots of fatty cakes, biscuits, pies, chips, pizza, etc.

Thirty minutes of brisk walking each day will help your fitness level.

Finding the right balance for you
